Hello Wardha covers new Lonara and Hingna layouts
NMRDA and RERA-approved layouts with modern amenities and up to 90% bank finance featured in the Wardha edition.
A day after the Bhandara edition, Lokmat's Hello Wardha paper of 16 May 2026 reported that new Saraswati Nagri projects are taking shape in Lonara and Hingna.
The article pointed to NMRDA-sanctioned, RERA-registered layouts with roads, water and street lighting in place, plus bank finance of up to 90% through nationalised banks.
That combination — government approval, ready infrastructure, and loan support — is the same promise the company has made since the first layout in Godhni in 2003.
