From Godhni in 2003 to Lonara and Hingna today, every Saraswati Nagri layout has been delivered inside Nagpur's 15 km core.
Saraswati Nagri has completed eleven residential plot layouts since 2003. Every one of them sits within 15 kilometres of Zero Mile — close enough for daily city life, far enough to stay affordable.
The corridor list includes Godhni, Bokhara Square, Mahurzari, Lonara, Lava and Hingna. Families who bought in the early layouts have already built and moved in; later phases follow the same sanction-first sequence.
Keeping projects inside a tight radius is deliberate. It lets the team stay on site, finish roads and utilities before sale, and remain reachable after possession — not disappear to a distant township.
