New plot inventory open in Lonara and Hingna
Current availability is concentrated in Lonara (SN-11) and Hingna, with live plot status on the inventory page.
As of spring 2026, new residential plot inventory is open primarily in Lonara and Hingna. Saraswati Nagri 11 is the active Lonara layout; Hingna holds the newer western inventory including Devki Nagri 2.
Plot status changes as bookings are confirmed. The live inventory page is the current map — not a brochure snapshot. Buyers can also ask the desk to hold a shortlist after a site visit.
Both locations remain inside the 15 km Zero Mile ring, with NMRDA sanction and the same infrastructure-before-possession rule used on earlier layouts.
