Founded by Sachin Ingle in 2003, the company has stayed on one line: clear title, government sanction, infrastructure first.
Saraswati Nagri began in 2003 when Sachin Ingle launched the first NMRDA-approved residential layout in Godhni. The brief was simple: a middle-class family should be able to buy a plot without a broker, a disputed title or a wait for basic roads.
Twenty-three years on, that brief is unchanged. Eleven layouts have been completed. Possession still follows infrastructure. The sales desk still works without brokerage.
The brand has been covered in local editions of Lokmat and is listed among outlets such as The Hitavada and Nagpur Today on the company site. The work itself — sanctioned maps, built roads, families already living on earlier phases — is the longer record.
